Here are two versions of experiments with Perlin noise offsetting of displacement map. First one uses static Perlin noise image and second one animates the noise every frame. The displacement is used on previously rendered image, so it’s kind of additive. The effect clip is drawn on displaced bitmap.
The animation used for effect is just a horisontally moving photo masked with a text and a small particle effect using 14 to 0 percent opaque white radial gradient particles. Reload the static one for a new random displacement.
